Mr. Boynton earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Delaware State University (DSU). His research interests include drug decriminalization, violence prevention through recognition of behavior, and rethinking asset forfeiture laws.  Mr. Boynton teaches courses in criminal justice and law studies.  He is also the Co-Director of the DSU Law Studies Program.  He is keenly interested in assuring that his students are ready for law school admission.  Mr. Boynton also enjoys his role as coach and advisor to the DSU Mock Trial team.
