Elizabeth Marchioni, JD
Elizabeth Marchioni earned her law degree from the Delaware Law School at Widener University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from West Chester University. Prior to joining Delaware State University, Ms. Marchioni taught full-time at Wesley College where she was the director of the Legal Studies program. She worked as a practicing attorney in Delaware for nearly 20 years and taught as an adjunct instructor before taking a full-time academic position. She has presented at national and regional conferences held by the American Association for Paralegal Education (AAfPE), and has written chapters for the Certified Paralegal Exam Fundamentals book published by NALA (The Paralegal Association). Additionally, she has written articles on civil asset forfeiture and sexual harassment for ABC-CLIO publications. She teaches courses in Introduction to Law, Legal Research and Writing, Property Law, Estate and Probate law, Tort Law, Civil Litigation, and Business Law/Busines Organizations.
