Merril Holloway, MA

Professor Merril Holloway is a Lecturer in the Department of History, Political Science, and Philosophy. Holloway is a college professor and a lifelong learner with a master’s degree in American history and a bachelor’s degree in education and history. He has 10 years of classroom experience. Professor Holloway has taught at the high school and college level.

As a “military kid’ Mr. Holloway traveled all over the world and spent his formative years living in Frankfurt, Germany where he completed high school. Since completing his Masters degree, he has taught at four colleges: Delaware State University, Delaware Technical & Community College, Cecil College, and Wesley College. He has experience teaching African American History, U.S. History I and II, Introduction to Political Science, American Government, Western Civilization I and II, Psychology, Sociology, and First Year Seminar. Professor Holloway believes that education is the key to success.
