Research Interests

I have investigated these research topics and have made additions to the existing body of knowledge in these areas. However, much is still needed and there is a lot of work in these areas to be done. My goal is to continue research in these areas:

  • Comprehensive Intervention Programs
  • Instructional Leadership, Transformational Leadership and Situational Leadership
  • Differentiated Instruction and Differentiated Assessment
  • Leadership Technologies and Policies in K- 12
  • Leadership Theories Principles and Practices in K-12

I co-authored a technology leadership policy book in 2013 with Rutledge which was developed from and frames around a research instrument proven scientifically to be reliable. There is a companion web site with additional supplemental assisting materials.
